Welcome to PopupKit! By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing PopupKit, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Description of Service

PopupKit is a SaaS platform that allows users to create and manage in-app announcement popups. We provide a visual editor, hosting for your configurations, and an embeddable JavaScript snippet.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Usage Limitations

  • Free Plan: Limited to 1 project and 2 active announcements.
  • Pro Plan: Higher limits as specified on our pricing page.
  • You may not use PopupKit for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You may not use the service to deliver malware, phishing content, or spam.

5. Domain Whitelisting

PopupKit uses domain whitelisting to protect your embed scripts. You are responsible for configuring the allowed domains correctly. We are not liable for unauthorized usage resulting from improper configuration.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are processed via Polar.sh.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The PopupKit platform, including its code, design, and trademarks, is the property of PopupKit.
  • You retain all rights to the content you create (announcements, copy, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability

PopupKit is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the service. In no event shall PopupKit be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PopupKit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
